When you write a guest post for a blog with a loyal following, you’re tapping into a whole new market of potential key influencers. But there are other ways aside from guest blogging to expand your influence, increase exposure, and enhance credibility.
A Giveaway: Giveaways are a popular way for bloggers to increase readership and encourage readers to interact. If you want to offer a giveaway on another blog, look for bloggers who have done giveaways in the past or who have a readership that would be interested in a giveaway. This way, you’re not wasting your time approaching bloggers who don’t and never will offer guest giveaways. When choosing the product to use in the giveaway, think of an offer that is in demand. Sometimes you don’t need to choose a product the blogger may have a preferred product they would like use.
A Review: If you want a product reviewed by a blogger, many times he or she will request you send them the product for review. This not only gets your product into the blogger’s hands, but it allows him or her to review the product accurately. If a blogger has a large base of loyal followers and writes an excellent review on your product, those followers will trust the blogger’s judgment and be more inclined to learn more about your product.
